Characteristics: Bright golden yellow color, rich in aromas, refreshing sensation. Pairs well with: Fish, white meats, pasta, pasta with shellfish, light yellow cheeses, salads. Serve at: 11-13°C. Alcohol content: 12%

The Agiopavlitiko Metochi of Saint Nicholas, located in the Monoxylitis area, is surrounded by pine forests, large herb and aromatic plant gardens, and organic vineyards that are tended with boundless love and zeal, in cooperation and under the supervision of the American Agricultural School. It is situated in a place with many running waters, excellent soil composition, and a perfect environmental microclimate. The biodiversity encountered here impresses even the most demanding nature lover, in a location where olive groves and vineyards have existed since the end of the first millennium. The unique course of the river and its outlet into the sea waves of the “Three Brothers” bring life to the rich local flora and fauna of the Metochi.
