Properties:

This sunflower blossom honey has a distinctive bright yellow color, and its uniqueness lies in the formation of fine crystals within the honey, giving it a characteristic buttery texture. It has a delicate aroma and sweet taste. It has toning and beneficial properties for the body. It aids in the proper functioning of the digestive system, has antiseptic and antimicrobial properties, and provides energy and endurance.

It is particularly rich in polyphenols, which are essential for the human body, and it crystallizes 1-3 months after production. To liquefy, simply place the jar in warm water (40°C) and stir occasionally.
