Yarrow contains plant pigments and alkaloids (aquiline) and is an herb recommended for high blood pressure due to its blood pressure-lowering properties. The coumarins and salicylic acid (a component of aspirin) in Yarrow help prevent blood clots and promote blood circulation throughout the body by dilating the peripheral arteries. Hawthorn is believed to act directly on the vagus nerve, which slows the heart rate, while also strengthening the heart muscle and dilating the walls of peripheral capillaries. As a result, it reduces blood pressure and improves symptoms of atherosclerosis. It is also effective in neurogenic tachycardia and helps relieve headaches caused by high blood pressure. Nettle is one of the most important herbs for stimulating the heart. It is used to treat hypertension and tachycardia. Δοσολογία:

15-20 drops in water twice a day for a month. Take a break for ten days and repeat. Shake before use.
