Vinification
Pre-fermentation extraction at a temperature of 10 οC for 6 hours.

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel cooled tanks at a temperature of 16-18 οC. Stirring (batonnage) on fine lees, process that determines the final fatty character
of the wine.
Suitable for vegetarians.
