The grapes for the

first harvest of the new label (2016) were harvested by hand in September (beginning of the month Grenache rouge and the last week Xinomavro). The age of the vines is from 20 to 30 years, while the yield reaches 500 kg of fresh grapes per acre. The grapes are sun-dried for 6 – 8 days. This is followed by slow alcoholic fermentation for 40 days. Bottling and holding in bottle before placing on the market. <
