White cider vinegar with herbs is prepared and bottled exclusively by the monks of the Holy Monastery of Xenophontos. It contains all the beneficial properties of vinegar, while it is ideal for cooking, thanks to its special aromas. It is made from cider and is light, aromatic and retains the taste of apple. In combination with the olive oil of the Holy Monastery of Xenophontos accompanies beautifully all dishes of Greek cuisine. For ideal combinations, try it on sautéed vegetables, barbecue sauces and shellfish.
