Cooking Method
Fry half a fresh chopped tomato in 2 tablespoons of oil. Put 500ml water, a little salt, pour 100 gr. noodles and stir. After about 7 minutes, take them off the heat and leave them covered with a lid for 4 minutes (no need to drain them). They are served in fasting meals or in spicy dishes with kefalotiri and meat.
