What is Konstantinato?
The history of this special jewel began when Saint Helena found the Holy Cross and ordered it to be cut. The sacred sawdust was mixed with precious metals resulting in the first Constantinata. Constantinata are coins of various origins that have as their main representation the Holy Cross, between Constantine the Great and his mother Saint Helena.
Nowadays we usually offer Constantinato at the birth or baptism of a child but also to loved ones as an amulet. These gold coins are now made of various materials and are offered with a simple pin or worn around the neck with a chain.
