It aids in treating laryngitis and the flu virus due to its antibacterial action. It tones and cleanses the eyes, soothing eyelid inflammations. Additionally, it is a diuretic and helps address inflammations of the urinary system by neutralizing the irritations caused by uric acid. In homeopathy, it is used in cases of children who continue to experience bedwetting at night and also in older age.
