Properties:

In modern herbal medicine, Tsimitsifuga is mainly used to treat period pain, nerve and muscle pains and arthritis. The root of tsimitsifuga contains resin (simicifugin), bitter triterpenic glycosides, ranunculin (by drying it turns into anemone), salicylic acid, tannin and estrogenic component. The herb acts as an emmenagogue, antispasmodic, smoothing and sedative (thanks to anemone). It exerts a powerful effect as a relaxant and normalizing the female genetic system.

Tsimitsifuga tincture can be used with beneficial effects in cases of painful or delayed menstruation. Relieves cramps in the ovaries and uterus. It is a regulator of normal hormonal activity. It is also known to be used against headaches and ringing of the ears.

Due to the salicylic acid it contains, it has anti-inflammatory action and is useful in cases of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and sciatica.

What is Tincture:

The tincture is created by soaking herbs in an alcoholic solution (grappa), usually for a period of a few weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herbs are dissolved in the alcoholic solution. This process results in the tincture retaining to the fullest all the beneficial properties of the herbs.

Herbal drops are highly concentrated herbal extracts in a natural alcoholic solution. They retain all their active ingredients and are completely natural.

dosage:

15-20 drops in water twice a day for a month. Pause for ten days and repeat. Shake before use.
