Description

Properties:

The Milk Thistle tincture (Carduus marianus) contains the same active ingredients as the dried Milk Thistle herb. For therapeutic purposes, the seeds and roots are used. The seeds contain flavonoid glycosides, essential oil, malic acid salts, potassium nitrate, bitter compounds, and mucilage. Their action helps the proper functioning of the gallbladder by increasing the secretion and flow of bile from the liver and gallbladder. For this reason, this herb can be used for any problem related to the gallbladder or liver (jaundice, hepatitis, gallstones). It is also considered a good hemostatic for nosebleeds, heavy menstruation, and wounds. In modern herbal medicine, milk thistle is used by practitioners to increase the flow of breast milk (galactagogue) and as a digestive tonic.

What is Tincture:

The tincture is created by steeping herbs in an alcoholic solution, usually for a period of a few weeks. During this, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve in the alcoholic solution. This specific process results in the tincture retaining all the beneficial properties of the herbs to the fullest.

Herbal drops are highly concentrated herbal extracts in a natural alcoholic solution. They retain all their active ingredients and are completely natural.

Dosage:

15-20 drops in water twice a day for a month. Take a break for ten days and repeat. Shake before use.

Precautions:

Avoid use by children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy, breastfeeding and medication.

Ingredients:

Water, ethyl alcohol, organically grown milk thistle.
