The Lime Tree, also known as Tilia, is one of the most popular herbs in Greece. Its name comes from the Greek word “tilos,” meaning fiber, as the bark of the lime tree contains numerous fibers. To create the natural tincture, the lime tree is extracted into ethyl alcohol, which allows the herb to release its properties to the maximum extent for the body. The E Commission recommends the flowers of the herb for dry cough, bronchial issues, and colds. Furthermore, the Lime Tree Tincture soothes the pain from rheumatism and arthritis, as it helps dissolve uric acid. It can also be used preventively against the development of arteriosclerosis and hypertension. According to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Lime Tree Tincture is known for its relaxing effect in times of nervous tension. It also has soothing properties and affects the circulatory system, making it suitable for certain types of migraines.

The tincture is created by steeping herbs in an alcoholic solution (grapa), usually over a period of a few weeks. During this, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve in the alcoholic solution. This specific process results in the tincture retaining all the beneficial properties of the herbs to the fullest.

Herbal drops are highly concentrated herbal extracts in a natural alcoholic solution. They retain all their active ingredients and are completely natural.

Δοσολογία:

15-20 drops in water twice a day for a month. Take a break for ten days and repeat. Shake before use.

Avoid use by children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy, breastfeeding and medication.
