Properties:

The Marshmallow Tincture (Althaea Officinalis) is derived from the processing of the plant of the same name, which thrives in Europe and Western Asia. It is extremely beneficial for conditions such as laryngitis, pharyngitis, cough, gingivitis, intestinal inflammations, digestive ulcers, colitis, stomatitis, teething, hemorrhoids, constipation, gastritis, urinary system stones, bronchitis, and colds. Its high content of plant mucilage (up to 35% in the roots and up to 10% in the leaves) allows it to soothe and treat inflammations of the stomach and small intestine. Marshmallow is considered particularly effective for ulcers, as well as in cases of gastritis and colitis.

What is Tincture:

The tincture is created by steeping herbs in an alcoholic solution, usually for a period of a few weeks. During this, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve in the alcoholic solution. This specific process results in the tincture retaining all the beneficial properties of the herbs to the fullest.

Dosage:

15-20 drops in water twice a day for a month. Take a break for ten days and repeat. Shake before use.
