Description

Cistus, Cistus creticus, also known as Aladania, Kounoukla, Ladania, or Labdanum.

Cistus has the highest content of polyphenols of any plant in Europe, with an amazing ability to destroy free radicals as well as high antioxidant activity. It is more powerful than vitamins E and C…

Properties: Strong antioxidant (anticancer), tonic and digestive soothing, astringent, expectorant, anti-catarrhal, analgesic, antispasmodic, soothing. It detoxifies the body and eliminates toxic heavy metals from cigarette smoke, dental fillings, and environmental pollution.

Uses: Insomnia, stomach & intestinal problems, colitis, bronchitis, cold, detoxification, fungal infections, cholesterol, heart.

It protects the heart and detoxifies. Cistus tea is three times healthier than green tea. It protects the heart four times better than red wine and is an antioxidant twenty times stronger than fresh lemon juice.

It has a positive effect in case of gum infections. Rinse your mouth several times a day with the tea and additionally drink two or three cups of it.

Even more impressive is that Cistus tea has a very strong antiviral effect on flu viruses and even on bird flu viruses (H7N7).

How to Use:

As an infusion: 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of Cistus herb in 1 cup of boiled water for about 10-15 minutes. Drink twice a day.

Even better, leave the Cistus in lukewarm/warm water for 8 hours and then consume it as soon as possible.

Additionally, use the diluted tea as a lotion on the skin with a cotton ball twice a day and let it dry. This skin treatment should last for 4 to 6 weeks. Complement it with the consumption of Cistus tea (one liter daily for detoxification). The dosage is 1g of tea (i.e., 1 teaspoon) in 200ml of hot water, which should be left covered for 10-15 minutes and then strained. Also, drink 2 liters of bottled water low in minerals for optimal detoxification.

For bacterial infections, hemorrhoids, and allergies, boil the Cistus leaves for a short time and then blend them in a blender. Apply the paste to the affected area and leave it for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off.
