Algae Oil is made from olive oil, as well as plants, flowers, and herbs sourced from the rich Athonite soil and lovingly and carefully collected by the Pharmacy of Karyes in Mount Athos. Algae Oil – Properties:  

Algae oil is an infusion product, as the monks boil the herbs along with olive oil. The infusion process allows the active and fat-soluble components of the herb to be extracted and preserved. It is entirely different from essential oils. They then use its distillate. It has strong anti-aging, softening, anti-inflammatory, and fat-dissolving properties.
