Room Fragrance: When heated in warm water inside an essential oil diffuser, it purifies the air from germs, acting as a disinfectant and antiseptic. It also has a relaxing and invigorating effect.

Face: For dull skin, drop 2-3 drops of essential oil into boiling water to detoxify the skin.

Bath: Add 9-10 drops to a full bathtub, or 5-6 drops for a smaller or half-filled bathtub. Do not stay in the bath for more than 20 minutes.

Compresses: In a bowl with 2 liters of water, add 4-5 drops of essential oils. Use linen or cotton to apply compresses: Warm: for gynecological issues, rheumatism, nerve pain, neck pain. Cool: for headaches, varicose veins, swelling, irritated skin, and inflammations.

It can also be used in the washing machine to fragrance clothes or on the pillow to improve sleep quality.

Attention:

Essential oils are natural, effective, and especially pleasant to use. Their therapeutic properties can benefit everyone. However, they should be treated as medicines with caution, following the recommended dosage.

  • Essential oils should not be used for ingestion (except for oregano, thyme, basil, and mint essential oils), and without a doctor’s advice.
  • During pregnancy, especially during the first 5 months.
  • By people suffering from hypertension.
  • By individuals with serious nerve disorders.
  • On infants (children under one year old).

Essential oils should be used with caution in the following cases:

  • Some essential oils (e.g., Bergamot, Orange, Lemon, etc.) can cause skin photosensitivity to ultraviolet rays. We generally advise avoiding intense sun exposure for 4 hours after aromatherapy (massage).
  • Essential oils should be used diluted in a carrier oil when applied to the skin. We recommend not using undiluted essential oils directly on the skin.
  • “Vulnerable” age groups (children and people over 60) should use essential oils in reduced ratios.
