Description
The essential oil of Pine is used as a brain stimulant, relaxing, antimicrobial, tonic for the nervous system, neuralgic, antiseptic for the urinary system, expectorant, bactericidal, and insect repellent.
It is recommended for cough, bronchitis, flu, sinusitis, cystitis, respiratory infections, muscle pain, nervous exhaustion, nervousness, gallstones, joint pain, back pain, rheumatism, asthma, and insomnia.
Warning:
Essential oils are natural, effective, and particularly pleasant to use. Their therapeutic properties can benefit everyone. However, they should be treated like medicines with caution and care, following the recommended dosage.
- Essential oils should not be used for ingestion (except for oregano, thyme, basil, and mint essential oils) and only under the guidance of a doctor.
- During pregnancy, especially during the first 5 months of gestation.
- By individuals who suffer from hypertension.
- By individuals with severe neurological disorders.
- On infants (children under one year old).
Essential oils should be used with caution in the following cases:
- Some essential oils (e.g., Bergamot, Neroli, Lemon, etc.) can cause photosensitivity to UV rays from the sun. Generally, it is advised to avoid exposure to strong sunlight for 4 hours after aromatherapy (massage).
- Essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil when in contact with the skin. We recommend not using undiluted essential oils on the skin.
- “Vulnerable” age groups (children and people over 60) should use essential oils in reduced proportions.
