Description

Jasmine Essential Oil

Jasmine essential oil is a completely natural product that is made with a monastic recipe. It is considered the “king” of essential oils. It is derived from the flower of the plant, and its unique warm, rich, and sweet aroma becomes stronger after sunset. For this reason, jasmine flowers must be collected only at night.

Jasmine Essential Oil: Properties

It is used to combat melancholy, muscle strains, menstrual pains, and childbirth pains.

Beauty: It is ideal for all skin types. It moisturizes dry skin and is also ideal for mature skin as it helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Body: It helps to alleviate menstrual pain and cramps.

Mind and Spirit: It improves mood, inducing euphoria and optimism.

Usage Instructions:

As a facial oil for normal – dry skin and to combat premature aging: Add 25 drops of jasmine essential oil to 50ml of wild rosehip oil or jojoba oil and apply to the face. It is ideally used at night, as it also provides relaxation and calmness.

Hypertension and stress: Add 10 drops to 10ml of almond oil or chamomile oil and apply twice a day to the neck and shoulders. Dissolve 10 drops in the bathtub.

Warning:

Essential oils are natural, effective, and particularly pleasant to use. Their therapeutic properties can benefit everyone. However, they should be treated like medicine with care and attention, following the recommended dosage.

  • Essential oils should not be used for ingestion (except for oregano, thyme, basil, and peppermint essential oils) and without the advice of a doctor
  • During pregnancy, especially in the first 5 months of gestation.
  • By individuals suffering from hypertension.
  • By individuals with severe nervous disorders.
  • On infants (children under one year old).

Essential oils should be used with caution in the following cases:

  • Some essential oils (e.g., Bergamot, Neroli, Lemon, etc.) can cause skin photosensitivity when exposed to UV rays from the sun. We generally recommend avoiding direct sun exposure for 4 hours after aromatherapy (massage).
  • Essential oils should be used diluted in a base (e.g., carrier oil) when applied to the skin. We recommend not using undiluted essential oils on the skin.
  • “Vulnerable” age groups (children and people over 60) should use essential oils in reduced proportions.
