Kefir Milk

In this Athonite soap, kefir is used, which is produced from milk of any source. In its first processing, kefir is taken in small clumped grains of bacteria resembling cauliflower. To be used in soap, these friendly bacteria are converted into a liquid form (kefir milk). Kefir milk is a natural probiotic product with high nutritional value! It contains a wide variety of vitamins and nutrients such as:

• Calcium
• Magnesium
• Phosphorus
• Pyridoxine
• Biotin
• Folic acid
• Vitamin B12
• Proteins

This composition gives kefir soap strong antimicrobial and healing properties.

Kefir has multiple uses: it is not only used externally as soap but can also be added to drinks and concentrated desserts.
