beeswax cream is a genuine natural product of Mount Athos. It is made by the monks in the Holy Cell of Kazanska, which belongs to the Holy Monastery of Stavronikita. The monks utilize the plants and beneficial herbs that grow on Mount Athos and, following traditional recipes, make beneficial products for various diseases.

Mount Athos beeswax cream stabilizes the vessel wall, reduces vein edema, stops bleeding and soothes pain.

Ingredients: arnica oil, chamomile oil, St. John’s wort oil and beeswax.

Arnica oil: The anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of arnica stem from the thymol derivatives it has in its composition. Thymol is effective in vasodilation, which consequently facilitates blood and fluid circulation in areas that need it, thus acting as a powerful anti-inflammatory in natural healing processes of the body.

Chamomile oil: It is beneficial for broken veins, relieves cramps, muscle aches, chills, burns, and many other pains but also helps with skin dryness as well as various infections.

St. John’s wort oil: It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and healing properties. Its ability to regenerate skin cells helps treat many dermatological problems. Therefore, in addition to burns and wounds, it is used in blows, inflammations, pimples, calluses, insect bites and bruises, as well as in sunburn. It is equally effective in treating bed sores or gum wounds.

Beeswax: Helps the skin retain its natural moisture and gives elasticity,
also has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
It contains vitamin A, which is necessary for the formation of human cells. We prefer it because it increases the moisture of the skin while creating a protective film against the attacks on the skin

This beeswax cream is produced and packaged by Monk Simeon in the Holy Cell of Kazanska of the Holy Monastery of Stavronikita on Mount Athos and is available from the “Mount Athos Heritage”.
