It is made from strictly selected grapes of these varieties that come from the organic vineyards of Mylopotamos on Mount Athos. The yield per hectare of these vineyards does not exceed 1,000 kg.

Mylopotamos is the largest dependency of the Holy Monastery of Megisti Lavra on Mount Athos. It is built in an impressive location that is completely favored by the climatic conditions.

With great passion and appetite, the monk Epifanios from Mylopotamos and his entourage revived a thousand years and more viticultural tradition of Athos. They continue with reverence the work of the old Mount Athos viticulturists and produce fine monastic wines.
