Vinification
Traditional red vinification in open tanks.
Pre-fermentation extraction at 10-12°C for 48 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperature (±)
22°C for (±) 12 days.
Malolactic fermentation.


Maturation: 8 months in 300 liter barrels of French oak. (40% 1st
and 60% 2nd and 3rd use)


Ageing: 6 months in bottle before placing on the market
