Altitude: 220 – 250 meters

Planting method : Linear

Vinification Traditional red winemaking in open fermenters. Pre-fermentation maceration at 10-12°C for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of (±) 22°C for (±) 12 days. Malolactic fermentation.


Aging: 8 months in 300-liter barrels made of French oak (40% first use and 60% second and third use).


Cellaring: 6 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
