Planting method : Linear

Winemaking

Pre-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 10-12°C for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of (+/-) 22°C for (+/-) 15 days. During fermentation, successive pump-overs are performed to bring the must into contact with the pomace, extracting the tannins and anthocyanins from the grapes. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation follows.

Aging: 10 months in 300-liter barrels made of French oak. (Barrels: 40% first-use and 60% second and third-use)

Bottle aging: 6 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
