What are these ingredients and what are their properties?

Ginger: Ginger fights and kills microorganisms that slow down the body’s natural defenses, thus strengthening the immune system in the most effective way. It also has the ability to liquefy secretions from the bronchial tree, whose accumulation causes seizures or exacerbations in asthmatics.

Dosage: 12-15 gr. in 1 liter of water

Boiling: 3-4 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius
