Braised Spice Blend

Description

Spice Blend is a fragrant, finely grated powder, with a sweet taste, rich texture and strong aroma, just as befits braised foods.

All the spices contained in the mixture are in the right proportions so that on the one hand they do not mask each other’s smells and on the other hand give a very aromatic and tasty result to the foods added.

Use: Pour the spice mixture at the beginning of cooking, into red pasta sauces, into the sauce of braised meat or chicken or minced meat and into the minced meat of pastitsio.  

Ingredients : garlic, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, allspice, salt, sweet paprika. tomato powder.
