Cooking mode

For a serving of noodles boil 500ml of water adding a little salt and a teaspoon of butter. Add 100 gr. noodles and mix. In about 7 minutes (after a strong boil) remove them from the heat and leave them covered with a lid for 4 minutes (you do not need to drain them). They are served with kefalotyri cheese and meat.
