The green olives of Mount Athos with oregano and garlic are a 100% natural monastic product. They are collected by hand and packed by monks of the Holy Philotheistic Cell of St. Anthony. The monks process the olives following traditional natural methods (bitterness and fermentation) that last up to four months, while at no stage from production to packaging are preservatives or chemicals used. With respect to nature, the monks on Mount Athos take care of the olive groves and collect their fruits, which is why the olives they produce stand out for their quality and authentic taste. The vacuum packaging with the green olives of Mount Athos is kept in a cool, shady and dry place. After opening, it needs to be placed in the refrigerator.
