A stunning silkscreen depiction of the Passion of Jesus Christ.

After His arrest on the Mount of Olives, Jesus is taken to the high priest Caiaphas, who interrogates Him. Later, He is brought bound to the governor Pontius Pilate, where He is questioned again. Pilate explains to the chief priests that he finds no fault in Jesus and suggests He be scourged and released. However, the gathered crowd demands His crucifixion. Ultimately, Jesus is sentenced to crucifixion, while according to local custom, the governor releases the prisoner Barabbas. Christ is handed over to the soldiers, dressed in a scarlet robe, crowned with a crown of thorns, and carrying His Cross, He proceeds to Golgotha, the place of execution. There, He is crucified between two thieves, while Roman soldiers strike and mock Him.
