Hagiography on a natural piece of wood by the hands of the Monks of Mount Athos

An excellent iconography depicting Jesus Christ.

The Gospels do not save information from the Birth of Jesus until His 30 years when He began His public activity, except for three events from when He was 8 days old, 40 days old and 12 years old. The first concerns His Circumcision (January 1), the second His dedication to the temple, (February 2), when the Prophet Simeon received him in his arms and said “Now you dismiss your servant, Despot, according to your word in peace, for my eyes have seen your salvation…” and the third event refers to the pilgrimage of the Holy Family to the temple of Solomon in Jerusalem, and was found teaching the Word Of God to those present in the synagogue.

As the image is handmade and the wood is processed by hand, there may be slight variations in the wood, but not in the illustration.
