What the Church says about… God’s Providence and Fate – Saitis Publications

3,00

There are people—even educated ones—who out of ignorance believe in luck and not in God’s Providence. But God urges us to trust in his Providence, not to agonize, to ask, to hope in his love. In this short study, the reader is informed about the content of the concepts of luck and misfortune and is encouraged to approach and know His Providence, based on the Scriptures and opinions of the Fathers.

Description

The realization that a large part of Christians who attend church frequently are not sufficiently informed on matters of Faith, led us to publish the Series “Faith, Worship and Life” (14 issues), the reception of which was enthusiastic by clergy and laity. This reception prompted us to focus our interest on the popularized – but absolutely responsible – development of ten new themes, which we included in the new Series under the general title “What the Church says about…” (The Memorials and the Souls – Heaven and Hell – The Second Coming and the Antichrist – God’s Providence and Fate – The evil that exists in the world – The sin and salvation of man – Angels and demons – The youth and old age – Poverty and wealth – Contemporary issues and problems).

The writing and editing of the new Series belong to the well-known theologian and jurist Mr. Evangelos P. Lekkos, former Director of the Apostolic Ministry. Each issue extends to 32 monochrome pages, with a four-color cover.
